Hill Top Orchard Venue offers packages based on locations, guests, and amenities.
Our venue is a gorgeous place to host your romantic North Carolina mountain-view wedding. Complete with 40 x 70 foot pavilion, mountain-top ceremony site, apple orchard, bridal party preparation area, restrooms, and ample parking, Say “I do” with a view!
Our rates are customizable to your event. Choose locations, and number of guests.
Our two day event allows plenty of time at the venue, bringing in and storing decor in the apple house, time for decorating and a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner if you wish. We do not provide food for your event. Check the planning section for caterers in our area. Brides may schedule bridal portraits or engagement photos included in this fee. Hill Top Orchard Venue Packages include access to the following amenities and more:
-Choice of one or two locations: pavilion and mountain top seating for up to 150 guests each
-Full Access to the Pavilion, which includes rain walls for dryness and warmth (3-season availability)
-Outdoor ceremony area, including ceremony seating, wooden wedding arbor, and pavilion backup location in the event of inclement weather
-Men's & Women's restrooms, including soap and paper supplies
-Kitchen, which includes two refrigerators, convection oven, sink, and island/preparation space
-Provided tables for your number of guests, including up to (8) 6’ long banquets for serving, and (25) 5’ round tables that seat 8 for your guests
-up to 400 white folding chairs are available, extra chairs can be added to your package for a fee
-A Hill Top Orchard Venue Manager present at your wedding and reception
-Linens for all provided tables available to rent
-Free standing blue tooth speaker
-Extensive collection of event decorations and accessories including wine barrels with optional table tops, and arches
